Kiss The Flower’s 100% pure, raw, and natural Cedar Forest honey has a distinct mineral flavor reminiscent of blackstrap molasses. Collected from an apiary 70 miles east of Yosemite, far from commercial agriculture. The darker the honey, the richer and more powerful the antioxidants!
Sometimes known as honeydew or pine honey, the color is almost black and the honey has an aroma similar to fig jam. Our Cedar Forest honey is much less sweet than flower nectar honey, with a slightly salty aftertaste.
